Get ready for a week filled with fun and adventure at our May Half Term extravaganza! Join us as we kick off half-term with an array of activities for the kids to play until their hearts content.
- Hop aboard our soft play bus and let the children’s imaginations run wild and let off some steam as they explore every nook and cranny of our Play Bus.
- Gather ’round for enchanting tales and cuddly companions at our storytelling sessions. You will be able to meet our friendly animals, making the stories come alive as you say hello to our animals for an immersive storytelling experience for the children.
- Half term wouldn’t be complete without a teddy bears picnic.* Relax in our walled garden with your picnic and meet our friendly bears, including Paddington Bear, Winnie the Pooh, Masha and Bear! Plus, we’ll be doing our very own Teddy Bear Picnic Relay! Grab your picnic blanket and get ready for a competition filled with laughter and teamwork. Which team will set up a picnic for their teddy bear the quickest? *Selected dates only.
- Join in with our teddy bear hide and seek game!* Bring in your favourite bear from home to hide and the first person find their bear wins a café voucher! Psst… Don’t worry, no bears will be left stranded or lost in the wild during our teddy bear hide and seek game! All bears will be safely reunited with their owners after the fun. So, let the hunt begin, and may the best bear-hider win! *Selected dates only.
- Our Maze will be open over the May half term. Will you be able to find your way through the twists and turns to reach the centre? There’s only one way to find out!
All our activities are included in park entry price, with selected activities available each day (timetable coming soon!). Country Park members enter for free (must have valid membership at time of entry). Don’t miss out on the fun at Old Down Country Park this May Half Term!
