It’s back for 2023… Old Down’s Family Rainbow Run!
Join in the fun and run around our Country Park with a rainbow of powdered paints covering you from head to toe as you go. Including a DJ, brilliant atmosphere, and lots of colour, we’re sure you’ll have loads of fun. Whether you bring a group of friends, or your family – this is the event for you if you want to have some fun.
All paint is made-for-purpose, washable and completely non-toxic.
With Races running throughout the day (starting at 10:30), simply book your time slot at booking.
Fun for all ages! Why not make a day of it, your tickets include park access for the whole day. Park open 10am-5pm.
If you don’t want to run but want to enjoy the day, we are offering a spectator tickets to come and watch.
Why not bring your dog along to run with you? All paint is children and animal safe.

FAQ
Is the paint safe? – Paints are made for purpose, washable and completely non-toxic
Will the paint stain clothes? – All paint is washable; however we do recommend that you wear old clothing.
How do I order a T-shirt? You can order a T-shirt when booking your Rainbow Run Ticket.
How long is the run? The route will be 1km long.
What ages is this event for? All ages are welcome!
Can I bring my dog? – Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs to Old Down, however, please always keep them on a lead. If taking part in the run, please be aware paint will be thrown around the course. The paint used is animal safe.
Will there be a warmup? – Yes our DJ will be taking you through a warm up.
What safety precautions are in place? – We ask all runners to join our warm-up session, we will have first-aiders on site also.
What if it rains? – We are a predominantly outdoor attraction so we understand the threat of rain can be an issue, but if the weather doesn’t affect running conditions and health and safety of the event it will still go ahead.
