Bell Tents
A family adventure
Set in the beautiful grounds of Old Down Estate, our bell tents are a unique UK staycation. With 66 acres of open space, gardens, woodlands and adventure play, it’s the perfect hassle-free glamping experience for a family adventure whilst enjoying some of life’s little luxuries.
Our bell tents come fully assembled with solid pine beds, spring mattresses and soft furnishings like duvets, cushions and towels. As well as an indoor stove and kettle for those cosy evenings and must have cuppas. Our bell tents offer an unplugged experience. We provide a battery powered lamp and tea lights. We have on-site cabin toilets and showers.
Park entry is included for the duration of your stay. Let the kids run wild on the adventure park, meet our animals and enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast or lunch at our onsite cafe. Plus, connect to our free Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Get cosy
Each bell tent has solid pine beds with super coil spring mattresses, an indoor stove for cosy evenings and furnishings and fabric to create a relaxing, luxury camping experience. Your stay includes access to our on-site facilities and country park, that all important WI-FI access, free parking and linen.

Tents are available for parties of six, four or two people, available from April to early September annually. Please fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of the page and one of our team will get back to you to book you in.
Parking
Onsite parking is available in the Country Park car park and camping trolleys are available for moving luggage to your accommodation. Please be advised these are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No vehicles are permitted beyond the car park for transporting luggage to and from the Bell tent accommodation.

- Dogs are welcome in the Bell Tents, we charge £25 per dog for the duration of your stay, we also ask that they’re kept on a lead and that you clean up after them when they are in the park.
