We pride ourselves in our back-to-nature approach with animals, adventure playground, crafts, nature walk and rustic barn. Our desire is to allow the instinctive inquisitiveness of children to be stimulated and nurtured into a desire to learn through a love of nature.

Our schools offering is outlined here but we are an independent attraction and can adapt our offering to fit with your particular term’s focus. We rotate small groups to maximise the experience of each activity. Please contact info@olddownestate.co.uk for more information and bookings.

Animal talks or woodland walks (15 – 20 mins each)

Additional Extras:

Packed lunch £5.95 per person

Activity book £1.50 per person

Animal feed £1.00 per bag

Play bus £350.00 1 hour and half

We also offer:

  • Free preview visit for organisers who wish to see our facilities.
  • Free coach parking
  • For every four children one adult goes free – £15.00 per extra adult.

 

*Group of 15 minimum, school trips are for school aged children (age 4+), Child is up to age 15.
